Application Fee

Applications are required only for students who are new to Little Rock Junior Cotillion. A $50 nonrefundable administrative application fee plus a $4.95 online payment-processing fee is due when the application is submitted, for a total application checkout of $54.95. The application fee is separate from tuition, is not credited toward tuition, and does not guarantee acceptance or placement.

Annual Tuition and Automatic Continuation

Annual tuition is $309.95. Once accepted, a student is automatically enrolled for each remaining program year through eighth grade while tuition is current and the student remains in good standing.

The payment method used for the application is stored securely by Stripe. If the student is accepted, LRJC will charge the nonrefundable annual tuition on May 1 for each remaining program year unless LRJC receives written notice by March 1 that the student will not continue. No tuition is charged if an application is not accepted.

Legacy Priority

A parent who completed all four years of LRJC passes legacy priority to their first-born child. Once the first-born begins LRJC, each later sibling’s legacy priority depends on the sibling immediately before them being actively enrolled and in good standing or having completed the program. Good standing requires tuition to be paid and no behavior issue that warrants removal from the program.

To preserve a younger sibling’s legacy acceptance, tuition for both the older and younger sibling must be paid by May 1. If both tuitions are not paid by the deadline, the younger sibling moves to the bottom of the waitlist. Tuition is nonrefundable. Legacy status provides priority consideration; it does not remove the family’s responsibility to communicate appropriately, follow through, and be considerate of the LRJC community.

Late Tuition

Tuition paid after June 1 is subject to a $30 late fee. Students with unpaid balances may be unable to participate in classes or events until the account is brought current, and accounts that remain unpaid may be removed from the program.

Refund Policy

Application fees, payment-processing fees, and tuition are nonrefundable. Other events may have separate refund terms stated in the event registration form.

Returned or Failed Payments

A returned-payment fee of $25 will be assessed for any check or electronic payment that is declined. Repeated failed payments may require future payments to be made by certified funds or another approved payment method.

Financial Hardship

Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to contact LRJC before the applicable payment deadline. Requests are handled confidentially and at LRJC’s discretion.

Discipline and Good Standing

Students are expected to behave courteously, dress appropriately, follow program rules, and communicate and follow through in a manner that supports the LRJC community. Students who are disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriately dressed may receive a warning, be asked to sit out, or be dismissed from the program. Tuition will not be refunded.

Photo and Media Policy

As a condition of participation, students and guardians grant LRJC permission to use photographs or video from program activities in program-related materials, including print, website, social media, and other publicity. Student names will not be published. Families who do not wish for a student to appear must provide written notice before participation.

Privacy and Payment Information

LRJC collects contact, registration, and other information needed to administer the program. Payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe; LRJC does not store full card numbers. For accepted students, the stored payment method may be used for authorized annual tuition charges in accordance with these policies.

LRJC does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only as required by law or with trusted service providers necessary to operate the program and process payments securely.

Non-Taxable Service

LRJC services are treated as non-taxable.
