Refund Policy

$100 of tuition payment will be refunded if LRJC is notified, in writing, on or before 1 July.  After this time, we will be finalizing our classes, training staff and inviting students from the wait list as room permits. Refunds will not be issued.

Other specific events will have their specific refund policy in the registration form.

Copyright Agreement

As a condition of participation, students/guardians grant Little Rock Junior Cotillion permission to photograph them for use in materials related to the program, including brochures, postcards, newsletters, the LRJC website, social media channels, or other online publicity. Student names will not be published.

Discipline Policy

All students participating in Little Rock Junior Cotillion are expected to behave courteously, dress appropriately, and follow the program rules. Students who are disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriately dressed will receive a verbal warning and may be asked to sit out.

If misbehavior continues during a cotillion event, parents or legal guardians will be contacted and may be asked to pick up their child. Ongoing issues may result in dismissal from Little Rock Junior Cotillion, and tuition will not be refunded.

Tuition Due Date

  • Tuition is due in full by June 1 for the upcoming cotillion season.
  • Families enrolling after June 1 are required to submit full payment at the time of registration.
  • Timely tuition payments allow Little Rock Junior Cotillion to plan classes, secure venues, and provide the highest quality instruction for our students. We appreciate families’ cooperation in meeting payment deadlines.

Tuition Increase

  • Beginning July 1, tuition will be increased by $20, regardless of original registration date.
  • Any unpaid balance remaining on or after July 1 will be adjusted to reflect the increased tuition rate.

Late Payments

  • Tuition not received by June 1 will be considered late.
  • Accounts with unpaid balances after June 1 may be subject to late fees.
  • Late fees will continue to accrue until the account is paid in full.

Attendance and Participation

  • Students with unpaid balances may be temporarily unable to participate in classes or events until the account is brought current.
  • Participation in special events, receipt of materials, or awards recognition may be withheld if tuition remains unpaid.

Returned or Failed Payments

  • returned payment fee of $25 will be assessed for any check or electronic payment that is declined.
  • Repeated failed payments may require future payments to be made via cash, certified funds, or approved electronic payment methods.

Financial Hardship

LRJC understands that unexpected circumstances may arise. Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to contact LRJC prior to June 1 to discuss possible payment arrangements. Requests are handled confidentially and at the discretion of LRJC.

Non-Payment

  • Accounts remaining unpaid after July 1 may be subject to additional administrative action, including removal from the program.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes or events due to non-payment.

By enrolling in Little Rock Junior Cotillion, families acknowledge and agree to this Tuition Due Date and Late Tuition Policy.
