After an incredible journey spanning nearly four decades, we announce the retirement of our esteemed Kathleen Henry Joiner, effective December 2023.

For 38 years, Mrs. Joiner has been the cornerstone of Little Rock Junior Cotillion, guiding us with unwavering dedication, vision, and expertise. Their leadership has not only shaped the success of our organization but also inspired generations of colleagues and partners.

Throughout her tenure, Kathleen has achieved remarkable milestones, including having a profound impact on the lives of thousands of young students teaching them valuable life skills. Her impact on Central Arkansas will resonate for years to come.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kathleen has been a mentor, a role model, and a cherished member of our LRJC family. Her wisdom, kindness, and commitment to excellence have left an indelible mark on all who have had the privilege of working alongside her.

As we wish Kathleen the best in retirement, we express our deepest gratitude for her exceptional service and leadership. While we will miss their daily presence, we are excited for Kathleen as they embark on this new chapter of life as she has more time to spend with her husband, children, and grandchild.
